Document Verification
We request all clients to carefully review and verify the documents, certificates, and licenses shared by APSS TradeSphere LLP before entering into any transaction.
Similarly, our team verifies the documents provided by clients to maintain compliance and mutual trust.
An order is considered confirmed only after both parties complete document verification and mutual acknowledgement.
Order Acceptance
- All orders are processed following written confirmation from APSS TradeSphere LLP.
- Orders are subject to our internal review and approval process before execution.
Incoterms Accepted
We currently work with globally accepted Incoterms to ensure clarity in trade practices:
- FOB (Free On Board)
- FCB (Free Carrier)
- FAS (Free Alongside Ship)
👉 Clients must confirm the applicable Incoterm before finalizing their agreement.
Pricing & Quotations
- All quotations are carefully prepared and remain valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
- Pricing may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, duties, or applicable taxes.
Payment Terms
We provide secure and flexible payment options, including:
- Bank Transfer (TT/SWIFT)
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Advance Payment (as mutually agreed)
⚠️ Payments must be made in the agreed currency within the specified timelines. Delays may cause suspension of services or shipments.
Shipping & Delivery
- Goods are delivered in line with the agreed timelines and chosen Incoterms.
- While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to force majeure conditions (events beyond our control).
Quality & Inspection
- Clients are welcome to inspect goods at the agreed delivery point.
- Concerns regarding quality or quantity must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt, for immediate resolution.
Warranties & Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of goods or services supplied.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Both parties must comply with all trade, export, and import laws.
- We handle all documents, trade information, and shared data with the highest confidentiality and expect the same from our clients.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements:
- Negotiation: Both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
- Mediation: If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation by mutual agreement.
- Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- Government actions
Amendments
If any provision of these policies is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and effective.
